Tim Knutson, LMT
Tim joined the Colorado Spine and Sport team with over 8 years of experience as a massage therapist. His focus is to help people heal and get back to doing the things they love to do while helping them reconnect to the deep wisdom within their body. He believes that there is always help to undo past trauma and restore balance back within the human body.
Tim received his certification through the Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in Escondido, California with more than 1000 hours of training in massage and body work. Adding to his experience, he also has further training with an additional 3-year program in neurophysiology completing the Hanna Somatic Educator Functional Integration certification training.
He is licensed by the State of Colorado and has practiced in conjunction with chiropractors and physical therapists since 2015. He works with a vast variety of clients and combines deeper techniques with a gentle approach that allows the body to relax and move closer to homeostasis.
Tim was first introduced to massage through his chiropractor after he was injured at work. Through the work of both his chiropractor and massage therapist they were able to guide him back to a healthy balance in his body. "The healing that took place for me was profound and the experience taught me so much about how big changes can be created through massage therapy. It was an experience that changed my life."

In his free time Tim enjoys being in nature and listening to podcasts.
