In the interest of keeping this review short and to the point - Dr. Jeremy Rodgers is amazing. He's super knowledgeable and effective at treating sports injuries as well as prevention. One thing that sets him apart is that he's had most of the injuries he treats (though very modest he's actually an accomplished expedition length adventure racer). He's a great listener and is realistic with his treatments. Training for a race and want to train through an injury? He'll be honest about whether or not you'll do more damage - if the pain is ok or bad - and how to get around it. Want an honest assessment of whether you should rest it or buck up? I could go on for hours. Even if you're not injured he's great. He did a stride analysis for me and the difference was amazing - not only helped some nagging knee pain, but made me much more efficient. Check him out!
